I always appreciate a solid business model. Take this place for example: They have simplified their menu and their service offering. Potential clients pretty much get it right away. The corporate colors are similar to the Mexican Flag and the food fare seems to fall into the "Mexican" category as well. The hand-drawn type leads me to believe the food is handmade, tasty and quite possibly inexpensive (my kind of place). Branding and marketing at it's finest.
