scammed

I was scammed by a cab driver. He did the old switch on me and handed me a fake bill. I didn't realize it until I am paying for dinner and they all started laughing on how bad the bill looked. It set me back about $40 USD  so I chalk it up to a lesson learned. They got me this time.
